Opening of public services office (main)
Requirements:
a.to Applicant should not be less than 18 years of age and to have an academic qualification at least primary (Grade 6).
b.Bank guarantee of twenty thousand riyals
c.Profession should not be student.
Documents necessary for registration:
a.Lease contract or ownership instrument of the store.
b.Copy and originals of ID card and the family pocketbook.
c.Certificate of precedents clearance from criminal investigations.
d.A copy and original of study qualification.
e.Sketch of the site layout.
f.Two recent photographs size 2 x 3 cm.
g.Completed introduction form by two registered existent establishments.
h.In case of family civil registration withdrawal by Civil State, a copy of the family pocketbook with original of the ID card, and profession proof from civil state in the absence of the family book or civil registry.
i.All documents to be provided in hanging file.
j.Certificate or license from the concerned municipal authorities on the existence of a fixed place for the establishment (This is peculiar to those who are applying for registration for the first time).
k.A guarantor (with his ID card and two copies of it) should attend to complete the warranty form and sign it before the official.
