The opening of the Office of General Services (Branch)
Requirements:
a.Applicant should be 18 years old and above.
b.Have an academic qualification of at least primary school.
c.Bring the amount of ten thousand riyals as warranty.
Documents required for registration:
a.Lease contract or ownership instrument of the store.
b.Copy and originals of the ID card and the family pocketbook, in the case of withdrawal of the Civil Registry by Civil State, a computer print from Civil State should be brought.
c.Certificate of precedents clearance from criminal investigations.
d.A copy and originals of study qualifications.
e.Certificate or license from the concerned municipal authorities on the existence of a fixed place for office.
f.A sketch of site layout.
g.Two recent photos size 2 x 3 cm.
h.Certificate of the zakat and income tax.
i.Letter endorsing the book-keeping from Chamber of Commerce.
j.Copy of valid membership in Chamber of Commerce.
k.A copy of main office Commercial Registration (these Requirements are for those who have commercial registration).
l.A guarantor (with his ID card together with two copies) should appear to complete the warranty form and sign it before the official.
