Establishment owner or their authorized Manager shall approach Commercial Registration Office, complete application for closing a commercial registration of the establishment or branch of the establishment (form No. 16) and sign in front of the concerned official. The following must be attached:
a.Original commercial registration.
b.Attendance of Registration owner in person or attorney with legal special or general power of attorney which expressly authorizes the attorney to submit an application to close the commercial registration with proof of their identity.
c.Manpower settlement certificate from Labor Office or Office of Recruitment for the main office.
d.All documents shall be submitted in a hanging file.
