SOLEMNIZATION AND REPORT OF MARRIAGE

NOTE: The Embassy's Consular Section is authorized to solemnize marriage between qualified Filipino nationals, and is performed by an authorized or duly commissioned consular officer within Embassy premises.
General Requirements:
Application Form for notarial services (available at the Consular Section of the Embassy);
joint affidavit of the contracting parties;
application for marriage license;
original birth certificate from NSO of each party;
original certificate of no marriage (CENOMAR) from NSO, authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs, of each party or applicant;
2x2 photo each; and
copy of passport of each applicant

For single contracting parties aged 18 – 21 years old: notarized and authenticated parental consent
For single contracting parties 21 – 25 years old: notarized and authenticated parental advice
For widow/widower: NSO issued Death Certificate authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs; NSO issued Marriage Contract
For contracting parties with annulled marriages: NSO issued Amended Marriage Contract authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs; Certificate of Finality of Decision and Court Order
Procedure:
Submit the required documents to the Consular Section (counter no. 5);
pay the required fees for the Joint Affidavit and Application for Marriage License at the cashier;
arrange the schedule of your wedding with the concerned Consular Assistant after the prescribed posting of your marriage application for ten (10) days;
pay the required fees for your Marriage Contract (MC) and Report of Marriage (ROM) and receive one original of each document right after the wedding;
submit your Arabic translated Marriage Contract to the Consular Section for attestation and pay the corresponding fee; with your machine validated invoice claim the document from the same counter within the same day
NOTE: Four (4) original MC and Report of Marriage shall be prepared. Two (2) will be forwarded to the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila; one of which will be transmitted to the National Statistics Office. Another original MC and ROM will be retained at the Embassy and you will be given one of each document as well.
Service Fees: (i) Joint Affidavit: SR100.00 (ii) Application for Marriage License: SR100.00 (iii) Marriage Contract: SR100.00 (iv) Report of Marriage: SR100.00 (v) Attestation of Marriage Contract (Arabic translation): SR100.00

Marriages Officiated outside the Consulate [Saudi Courts]

Duly authenticated Marriage Certificate with English translation from duly accredited translation offices
Translation Verification
Passport copy of contracting parties
Fee: S.R. 300.00
