Requirements:
Original and four (4) copies of marriage certificate authenticated by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs translated into English;
original NSO issued Birth Certificate; original certificate of no marriage or CENOMAR of the spouses;
and four (4) duly accomplished original Delayed Report of Marriage Forms (available at the Consular Section of the Embassy); passport copies of the spouses: and certificate of conversion to Islam (for Muslim converts)
Procedure:
Submit the required documents to the Consular Section (counter no. 5) for processing;
you may also apply for the authentication of the original marriage certificate;
pay the required fee/s at the cashier; with your machine validated invoice claim your document within the same day
Service Fees: Delayed Report of Marriage - SR100.00; Authentication – SR100.00
