If you previously had a 10-year passport that was issued no more than 15 years ago:
Submit your 10-year passport.
Complete the application form DS-82.
Two color passport photos, white background, 2" x 2" (5 cm x 5 cm).
$110 fee or 418 SAR. We accept cash only.
If your passport has expired, please provide a valid ID in English.
At this time you have to come in person to renew your passport.
Note: If your current passport is mutilated or damaged, you must apply using the form DS-11, provide a statement regarding the lost or damaged passport, and make a personal appearance. The fee will be $135 or 513 SAR.
If you are 16 and older and previously had a 5-year passport:
Submit your previous passport and other form of citizenship (ie. birth certificate).
Complete the application form DS-11.
Two color passport photos, white background, 2" x 2" (5 cm x 5 cm).
$135 fee or 513 SAR. We accept cash only.
If your passport has expired, please provide a valid ID in English.
Personal appearance required.
