Note that mailing options are only available in the United States and that you must still show up in person to the U.S Embassy or Consulate General in order to submit your application.
The Consular Section can add extra pages to your passport if you are out of blank visa pages. Please submit a completed, signed application form DS-4085 with the passport and allow one working day for processing.
For children under 16 years of age, a parent must print their name and sign the application for the child.
It is not necessary for an applicant to appear in person at the Consulate to add pages; a courier may submit the passport on your behalf.
Please note that no more than 2 sets of extension pages will be added to a passport. The fee to add one set of pages is $82 (or 312 SR).
