Change of Family Name from Single to Married
NOTE: This is allowed only in green passports.
Requirements: Original (and copy) of Marriage Contract authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs and copy of passport
Procedure: Apply in person at the Consular Section (counter no. 5) and get an invoice for payment of the required fee at the cashier; with your machine validated invoice claim the amended passport from the same counter within the same day
Consular Service Fee: SR80.00
