RENEWAL OF THE CR FOR ESTABLISHMENTS OR ESTABLISHMENT BRANCHES

Establishment owner, manager, branch owner or branch manager shall report to the Office of Commercial Registration, complete the application form for renewal of commercial registration of establishments or their branches (Form No. 14), sign before the concerned official and attach the documents required for renewal:

a.Original commercial registration which is to be renewed.
b.Lease contract or ownership instrument of the store.
c.Copy of family civil registration, or personal ID card and Family pocketbook for each of the merchant, authorized attorney, and store manager, or bring the original profession proof from the State.
d.Presence of the registration owner or their attorney at law with special or general power of attorney expressly stating authorization of the attorney to submit application and finalizing procedures for renewal.
e.Copy of valid certificate of payment of Zakat and income tax.
f.Copy of valid municipal license.
g.Proof of the book-keeping in the branches.
h.Copy of valid Chamber of Commerce and Industry membership for the main commercial registration.
i.Bring originals commercial registration documents.
j.The most recent balance sheet for contracting establishments.
k.Letter showing the percentage of Saudization from the Labor Office.
l.Those who are private sector employees shall be asked to bring the written consent from their employer allowing them to engage in commerce, this must be certified by the Chamber of Commerce.
