*Note : (i) An IWWF Service Charge of SR.20 (Saudi Riyals Twenty Only) per worker is charged from the Saudi Employers intending to recruit Indian manpower at the time of attestation of recruitment documents.

(Time Required : Documents for attestation may be submitted to the CW Wing of the Embassy between 0900 hrs and 1200 hrs on any working day and are generally returned between 1500 hrs and 1600 hrs the same day)

Documents Required for Recruitment

A) If the Recruitment is through the Recruitment Agent in India:-

Copy of Visa
Demand Letter (original and one photocopy)
Power of Attorney in the name of Recruitment Agent (original and one photocopy)
Employment Agreement (separate agreement for each category and Specimen agreement in the case of block visa) (original and one photocopy)
Photocopy of the Letter addressed to Royal Saudi Embassy / Consulate in India
Copy of Registration Certificate of the sponsoring company /copy of police verification report of antecedents in respect of individual sponsors.
B) If the Recruitment is done directly by the Saudi Employer:-

Copy of Visa
Application for a Permit for Recruitment (Form VI.pdf) (original and one photocopy)
Emigration Application Form (original and one photocopy)
Employment Agreement (separate agreement for each category and Specimen agreement in the case of block visa) (original and one photocopy)
Copy of the Letter addressed to Royal Saudi Embassy / Consulate in India
Copy of Registration Certificate of the sponsoring company /copy of police verification report of antecedents in respect of individual sponsors.
Demand letter, Power of Attorney, Employment Contract, Permit for recruitment and Emigration Application Form are to be duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, before their submission to the Embassy of India.

C) Additional Conditions for Recruitment of Housemaids:-

Undertaking from employer regarding free accommodation, free medical, air fare and consular access.
Letter from the sponsor showing the genuineness of his requirement of housemaid.
Copy of the Identity Card of sponsor.
Passport copies and Salary certificates of the sponsor & his/her spouse and the proposed housemaid.
The age of the maid should not be less than FORTY years.
Please note that the Embassy of India permits recruitment of housemaids from India and attests recruitment documents only after through scrutiny. It is, therefore, advisable that the Community Welfare Wing of the Embassy is approached to confirm eligibility before obtaining visa from the local authorities.

Processing of recruitment documents for housemaids take longer and may involve an interview of the employer at the Embassy. )
